Two days ago I learned that my company is transferring me to Seattle Washington. It is a request that I made 6 months ago, and I’m pleased that they think that I deserve the promotion. I kept this blog (although I’m not sure why) after my request to leave the shenandoah valley (and move north) was granted almost nine months ago. I no longer see the need to continue the site….tata…
Onward to Seattle!!!!

Good luck VP. I hope you enjoy your new home.
Considering you’ll be moving from one of the most conservative congressional districts in the US to one of the most liberal, I imagine you will!

I hope the move goes smoothly and that you’re happy there! I hear Washington State is an absolutely beautiful place.

Good Riddance, I find it ironic that you call me a coward considering your vague username. At least I posted under my real name……Its Mr. Progressive to you….Valley (or Val) is reserved for my friends.

Good Riddance,
Thank you for your warm-hearted post, you are too kind. I love the fact that you and others have picked up on my deletions, this was by design. Some how, in my “wake up america” sort of way, I thought it ironic that, on my last post, I would exercise the same simple act of deletion that so many of the lesser blog hosts do. In the two years that I have been posting, I have allowed everyone their opinion and have never played the pretentious censor.
It is indicative of our society to take the easy way out, the path of least resistence, it takes real people, with real guts, to get beyond the springers, graces, limbaughs and rhodes of the world.
I have more friends than you will ever know, even several with ultra-conservative views. The difference? They are willing to listen, as am I.
